• A shepherd’s safety hook is located on the left side of the pool behind the lounge chairs.
• An alarm chime sounds when the rear sliding glass door is opened.

• We encourage you and your family to familiarize yourselves with the pool’s safety features, locks, and alarms upon arrival.
• Young children should not be left unattended near the pool.
NOTE: Pool heat is FREE. Please contact us at least 1 day in advance of check-in if you would like the pool heating activated during your stay.

• Non-emergency maintenance may not be available during your stay, but we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.
• Guests must be 18+, barring children accompanied by parents.
• The guest limit is sixteen. We kindly ask for an accurate guest count.
• A security camera is installed at the front door for your safety. Please avoid tampering with it to avoid possible eviction.
• We respectfully decline early check-ins or late check-outs. An extra charge of $50 will apply for each.
• Regrettably, we cannot provide refunds for weather events, natural disasters, power outages, and other uncontrollable circumstances.
• We provide a starting supply of items like toilet paper and paper towels. If you’re planning an extended stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
