Positive: The friendly staff was the best part about this visit. They assisted me with a refund because I didn't need the full stay and was very cooperative and helpful. The other guests who I encountered were also very friendly and greeting.

Negative: The hotel is old. Fans in hallways. Base boards torn off of walls in some areas. Elevator had a spill on the floor. I checked the sheets in one room and discovered spots on them. However, the desk staff was willing to accommodate another room. Again, the staff was the best part of this stay.

Summary: Not a hotel that I would come to again. Wasn't up to my standards.
