Right off of Kennedy Blvd, close to I-275, close to Howard Ave tons of bars and restaurants.
Absolutely Gorgeous space. You walk into a brand new granite countertop kitchen, with a full stainless steel fridge, microwave, stove. Cable TV, with a large flatscreen and a sound system. Beautifully done bathrooms, new bed set. You have your own off-street private parking with a private entrance, that leads to an above garage suite. Fully furnished to immaculate detail. This is a high-quality, great location listing. Extremely high value for someone looking to explore Tampa for the weekend or even an extended stay. Close to the University of Tampa, Downtown Tampa, I-275. AC Central air. All new. The location is fantastic, you will see what I am talking about when you arrive.
There is a private entrance, you will be given a key code for entry. There is only parking in front of the door on the large driveway. We will send you a picture of the parking space.
There is 1 flight of stairs to access the unit. No loud music after 9:30 pm, please. The owner lives in the main building, so no shenanigans, please. Professionally managed. Please communicate all questions and communication through the App for the best service.
