Our spacious 4 bed 2 bathroom villa will sleep up to 10 people with the use of the sofa bed in the lounge. It is located in the quiet community of Florida Pines, Davenport, just 15 minutes from Disney. We are ideally placed for the theme parks, golf courses, shopping outlets and restaurants. Cracker barrel, Wendy’s, KFC, Chilli’s, IHOP and Denny’s are all a short drive from the villa and you have Super Wal-Mart around 10 minutes’ drive in the car at the most. Many of the restaurants also offer take-away. The villa also has a fully equipped kitchen to include microwave, stove and fridge/freezer along with all pots and pans etc. so if you want to cook you are all set. The garage houses the washer and dryer so no need to go home with dirty laundry. No additional fees for electricity for your stay. Everything is included in the rental price except for pool heating if required . You have a table and 6 chairs in the kitchen area and another dining table and 4 chairs next to the front lounge area. There is a 2nd lounge leading out to the pool with sliding patio doors. Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. There is a flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 is at the front of the house and has a queen size bed and also had flat screen TV. The room shares the bathroom with the twin rooms. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and also has a flat screen TV. Bedroom 4 is also two twin beds and also has the flat screen TV. The twin rooms share the bathroom with the queen room or you can use the king master bathroom which is just across from the twin room. The pool is west facing offering sun most of the day and you have two loungers plus a table and 4 chairs for your el-fresco dining. Florida Pines has a good mix of both residents and holiday rentals, therefore offering both security and friendly neighbours. The villa has a games room in the garage with pool table and fuse ball and has free Wi-Fi for your use. The lounge and all bedrooms have newly fitted flat screen TV’s with cable. There are also 2 DVD players and a VCR for any of you still holding onto those precious Disney Videos. The pool has the option of electric pool heating for the cooler months and this can be arranged before you arrive or you can always order it locally if you decide you need it and haven’t prebooked it. In addition, We have a management company on hand to help you will any problems whilst on holiday and we are always available for help or advice via email or phone. Premium outlets shopping Mall is less than 30 minutes drive plus you have a new Mall on the US27 called Posner Park less than 10 minutes drive which has many the big name stores in one place. The villa is welcoming, comfortable and we feel sure will ensure you have a great vacation with lots of memories to share. Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.
