Open-concept living room, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a matching love seat. 48” flat-screen with cable television. In the living room you will find family games: playing cards, Jenga, monopoly and such.
KITCHEN & DINING
Kitchen includes a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, silverware, cookware, dishes, cups, bowls, a variety of pots and pans, tea pot. BEDROOMS & BATHS
The home sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, 49” TV and its own private bathroom and a spacious walk-in closet.
The second bedroom is detailed with two twin-size beds and a 32” TV, while the guest room has another queen-size bed, 49” TV, and access to the sunroom as well as the main bathroom of the house.
A third bathroom located in the garage for an easy rinse off coming from the beach.
OUTDOOR AREA
All-around fencing offers privacy around the property. A dining table seats four with an umbrella.
Freshly decorated in classic Florida style, the screened sunroom offers plenty of seating.
GARAGE
An attached garage is a one car garage that houses washer and dryer as well as beach umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys. The third bathroom with a shower is located in the garage specifically to wash off sand coming from the beach.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for four cars.
This single-story home is accessed at ground level.
THE LOCATION
The house is located a block and a half from the public beach access, a less than 5 minute walk.
A huge public playground is located just to the right of the house. This public playground is beautifully equipped with kids playground equipment as well as basketball and volleyball courts, soccer goals. There is also an adult fitness area with multiple outdoor machines.
Walk to Redington Beach Town Park in 3 minutes, then refuel with a meal of Caribbean cuisine in a Key West atmosphere at The Conch Republic Grill 0.3 miles from home. Hubbard’s Marina is your go-to for fishing charters in 3.2 miles, and Infinite Descent in nearby Madeira Beach is a popular local scuba diving tour agency.
