The house has a living room and a separate family room, each equipped with a Smart TV. The dining room has a table that seats six. There is a smaller dinette table off the family room that seats four. There is a fully equipped kitchen that includes a refrigerator with ice maker, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a door wall that goes to the pool/lanai. The master bathroom is spacious and has a shower, two vanities, toilet and a large linen closet. There is also a large walk-in closet.
On the opposite side of the house are 2 guest bedrooms and a second bath. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a standard size bed, large walk-in closet and a door wall to the pool/lanai. The bathroom contains a tub/shower combination, toilet, vanity and access to the pool/lanai.
The family room has a large Smart TV. There is a door wall that leads to the pool/lanai.
The lanai is furnished with table and chairs, lounge chairs, a propane bbq a propane fire pit. The pool is heated.
There is a washer and dryer on the premises.
