The space
The base rate includes three bedrooms only. There is an additional guest fee per person per night for any sleeping space that is not in a bedroom, such as the sofabed in the apartment or the daybeds in the sun porch.
Guest access
This is a combo of both units on the property. The main house and the upstairs apartment so there will be full access to the entire property and no shared spaces with outsiders.
Other things to note
There is NO PARKING parking on the premises. There is a loading and unloading zone for pickup/dropoff, deliveries, and ride sharing. There is FREE street parking on the side street adjacent to our home and paid trailer parking on International Speedway Boulevard during special events such as bike week, car shows, etc.
