Welcome to our version of a comfy cozy St. Lucie Farmhouse! Designed to make you feel at home, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home on 1/2 acre lot with a fully fenced in backyard with 6 foot privacy fence, enclosed pool with dog door, and office space. Master bedroom has king bed.. First spare bedroom has Sleep Number queen bed. Second spare bedroom has queen bed. All new hurricane impact doors and windows. Outdoor deck with BBQ grill/smoker for your convenience. Functional gas fireplace inside. Home security system with cameras in the front driveway, front door, side garage door, and back french doors/pool deck. We do respect your privacy and cameras are simply for security purposes. Keyless entry at the front door. A garage opener will be supplied, however note - you will be charged the replacement fee if lost/broken. Master bedroom has full en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, walk-in shower with built-in bench, dual sinks and walk-in closet. Spare bedrooms share a full hall bathroom with a bath tub. Spacious bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms, full-size washer and dryer in laundry room, dining room table, and plenty of additional seating and space within the house to spend with family, work or relax. Board games, yard games and a book exchange is set up for you and your family/guests to enjoy. There is an outdoor table and chairs set as well as lounge chairs by the pool with some pool toys/floats for your use. At night, plug in the strung lights and see the sunset on the lanai. You will have access to the garage and the additional refrigerator/freezer. However, please note we do have some supplies stored for maintenance needs and emergencies (generator).

St. Lucie Farmhouse is situated in one of the safest and quiet neighborhoods in the county, with a dog park and county park within 1 mile. Excellent location to everywhere you want or need to go! Located 15 minutes from Jensen Beach, Hutchinson Island, Historic Downtown Stuart, Tradition and St. Lucie West for you to enjoy local restaurants, shops, Farmer's Markets, waterfront & live music. Lots of opportunities to explore the Treasure Coast beaches, fishing, craft breweries, and 1 hour from West Palm Beach and 2 hours from the Orlando Theme Parks.

St. Lucie Farmhouse is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. Cleaning supplies are provided for you and if you would like weekly or monthly cleanings, please let us know PRIOR to booking. We take pride in this home and hope you will treat it as your own! We also provide a starter set of supplies - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, dryer sheets, coffee, tea, paper towels, napkins, and toilet paper. Depending on your length of stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. We do also provide a starter amount of propane for grilling and ask that you refill/exchange the propane tank when necessary at the local Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

Pool Maintenance is provided weekly and Lawn Maintenance is provided weekly in the summer months, biweekly in the winter months.

Pet Policy - We know pets are part of the family! We welcome a maximum of 3 pets and ask that you clean up after your pet to maintain the cleanliness of the home and fill in any areas in the backyard if your pet digs. Please disclose type and size of pets PRIOR to booking. Upon approval, a pet fee will be added.

House Rules - No Smoking In or On the Property. No Parties or Events (No more than 8 people on the property at a time.) No street or grass parking. Neighborhood Quiet Time is 10pm. All children must be provided with supervision especially in the pool area. Owners are not liable for any incidents regarding pool safety. All guests use this amenity at their own risk.

Although not listed as handicap accessible, St. Lucie Farmhouse only has threshold steps to enter and standard doorway widths. Walkers and standard wheelchairs would be able to navigate the property with use of portable folding ramp use at entryways (tenant provided). Master bathroom has built-in corner bench with handheld shower head attachment for convenience.
