Enjoy indoor outdoor living year round in the expansive living and dining area which opens out to a lovely front courtyard with 150 year old olive trees and a dramatic back garden with sparkling swimming pool, hot tub and majestic vineyard views.
Top-of-the-line finishes include limestone flooring throughout both the interior and exterior of the home; stainless steel appliances in both the main kitchen and caterer's kitchen; and cedar ceilings in the open kitchen, living and dining rooms. This property is subject to local regulations governing vacation rental properties. Under local law, events, parties and outdoor amplified music are not allowed. Overnight and day time occupancy is limited to 8 guests, and rental guests must observe quiet hours between 9:00pm and 9:00 am. The pool is heated Memorial Day through September.
