Just steps away from the newly constructed marina with plenty of boat slips and everything an angler/Scalloper needs. This house couldn’t be in a more perfect location! Enjoy the sunsets out by the gas fire pit, cook outdoors under the spacious covered entertainment area or take a short golf cart ride to one of our local eateries. Kids are sure to love the outdoor activities like Ping Pong, Foosball, Croquet, and even an Arcade Table with hundreds of games. The Front Deck is the perfect place to have a Cocktail and watch the boats go by. You will love our Sunsets here.
Steinhatchee is a golf cart friendly town with a local rental company featuring 4 and 6 seater carts. Plenty of covered parking so you could even bring your own ! Yard is completely fenced with a sliding gate if needed.
Ground floor has a Queen bed and bath only accessed from ground
- completely separate from the rest of the house.
Main living area of house has King bed in Master, laundry/ (Seahorse Room) with over under Twin beds. A Queen Futon is next to Dining Room if needed.
2nd floor has a Queen guest bedroom and above that the 3rd floor has another Queen bedroom. Beautiful views up there.
All of this overlooks the Steinhatchee River and Gulf of Mexico where you can dive for Scallops, Fish, Ski, Scuba Dive, Sail or just relax on a boat and enjoy .
