*There are 3 cameras in the front gate, 3 cameras on front door, 1 inside door, 3 cameras in the carport, 4 cameras in the left walkway, 1 in the patio, 1 on the pool, and 4 cameras in the right walkway. There are total of 20 cameras outside only. No cameras inside the house.
*There is a noise monitor inside, noise must be kept below 75 dB (loud party).
NOTE: Do NOT turn off the noise monitor and avoid excessively loud noises. Please note that this is a residential neighbourhood and houses are packed tightly with neighbours bedrooms nearby. Any violations of these rules gives us the right to cancel the reservation, even after check-in.
