Second floor features and amenities include the master bedroom with king size posture-pedic memory foam mattress, 62" Smart TV, Apple TV streaming device and ceiling fan with light The master bedroom has two closets, but the owner uses one as an owner closet and second closet will be locked and unavailable for guest use. En-Suite master bath with tile floors, spacious walk-in shower, single vanity featuring quartz counter tops and his and hers sinks. Two guest bedrooms one with a queen, the other with 2 twin beds, 43" Smart TV's, standard closets and ceiling fans with light. Fourth bedroom 2 twin beds, 43" Smart TV, standard closet and ceiling fan with light. Guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with beautiful tile flooring, tub / shower combo and single vanity. Garage is not available for guest parking or cabinet storage. Owner stores a boat, golf cart and other personal items in garage year-round and garage cabinets are locked. Two assigned parking spaces located directly outside of the garage. Communal parking area for guests or additional parking needs is located directly outside and across the road from the condo. Access to Sawgrass Country Club membership may be available- please inquire for more information. Some amenities may not be available without the purchase of temporary membership to Sawgrass Country Club. Community amenities for guests not purchasing membership to Sawgrass Country Club include community pool, community playground and walk-in beach access. Short walk or bike ride to the beach. Close to shopping and fine dining. No Cats or other exotic animals permitted. Owner may accept a dog on a case by case basis with approval. Owner approved dog will require a non-refundable pet fee and a refundable pet deposit. Owner may consider 2 dogs with an increased non-refundable pet fee per dog and increased pet deposit per dog and owner approval. Available as a short term furnished rental by the month from June- September. Owner may consider a rental beginning in May on occasion. Owner may consider a weekly rental, but approval is required. Rates are subject to change for holidays and special events. $75 electric fee per month. All other utilities included.
3/26/2020: Deer run is getting a facelift. Construction has already begun. Owner is willing to negotiate a concession on monthly rent if construction occurs in their building or on either one of the buildings directly to the left or right of their unit during your stay.
