The home offers 2 lounges, one which is more formal; the other is a family room and is furnished comfortably around the main TV. There is a dining room if you choose to eat in and a fully equipped kitchen with all of today's needs, such as a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and full size cooker. The home is fully air conditioned and also has a separate laundry room for your convenience.
Outside, you will find your large pool deck complete with table, chairs and sun loungers. Your pool overlooks the golf course, making it feel very private, and tranquil. This home is so peaceful that you would never know that just down the road you will find all that Orlando is famous for. An ideal setting for a large group or if you are just looking to treat yourself.

Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
