If you enjoy exercising you are within walking distance to the beautiful 9th street bridge where you can walk, jog or ride bikes. Enjoy the walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and attractions, restaurants, convenience stores, drug store, Wawa, Acme, Starbucks, ice cream parlor and downtown shopping. The unit is clean, updated and owner maintained. This is one of the few rentals that has a pool on site, provides one parking space and an upstairs deck. Four beach tags also provided.
