This unit was completely renovated in 2020 from floor to ceiling, and no expense was spared. Styled with relaxation and luxury in mind, you'll slip into vacation mode upon entering the foyer as the sunny blue sky and rolling ocean draw you to the unhampered panoramic views of the Atlantic. You might even put off unpacking for a while to enjoy the deep seated lounge chairs on the large private balcony. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee as you watch the sunrise. This is also a great vantage point to spot dolphins as they travel along the coastline.

Summary: This condo was clean, modern, and well equipped. Excellent location and easy access to beach. Views were excellent and we really enjoyed the balcony and chairs by the windows. We appreciated the large beach towels and access to beach chairs. The 2nd bedroom was a little smaller than we thought it would be, but fortunately only had 2 teen girls in there. I would imagine it would be tight with 4 people. Access to the 2nd bathroom is in a hall and not directly connected to the room. There are no bath tubs in this condo. Property management was very responsive and helpful with the few issues we encountered that were under their control (no trash bags and smoke detector battery died while we were there ... beep beep beep). For the unit owners we would recommend blackout drapes in both bedrooms for guests that wish to sleep past sunrise, because its pretty much impossible without them. Our largest (and only real) issue was the noise from the units above us that came thru the ceiling and out of the control of the owners of this unit we were staying in. One had small children and dogs running (nails tapping). Anther unit had a dog that barked whenever it was left alone. Unfortunately for us, this was pretty much every morning so we were up whether we wanted to be or not between the noise and the drapes. Our takeaway from this for us personally is to only stay in top floor units going forward or single unit rentals to avoid potential noise. Finally, checkout time is at 10:00am and they mean it. We left the unit at and headed down to the car with the vast majority of our belongings. This building has elevators so we did have to wait on it several times for trips up and down. At 10:06am we returned up to the room to grab my handbag and my daughter's phone and discovered we had been locked out. Fortunately, we had another phone accessible and were able to call the property managers to give us a backup code to get in, but it was an unnecessary moment for us and delayed our departure. I would suggest letting guests know that their door code will not work past 10am. If I had known we could potentially get locked out I would have left a person in the unit to let us back in to get the last few things. Overall, a good stay in a lovely location.
