The upstairs section features two bedrooms and bathroom. One bedroom has a 10” king memory foam mattress and den with a 10” queen memory foam mattress and a work desk.
The second bedroom upstairs features a queen memory foam mattress.
Laundry room with washer and dryer is on site. It is located in the door to the right in the back patio area.

- Please don’t flush wet wipes down the toilet. This unit has sensitive pipes and it will cause the sewer to back into the property. We kindly ask to dispose wet wipes in trash.
-Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee. Please send inquiry for details.
- ***No parties or illegal activity allowed on site*** GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY AND BE FINED $1,000 PUS ANY EXPENSES AS A RESULT OF DAMAGES OR ADDITIONAL CLEANINGS.
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
- Up to 6 additional day visitors are allowed.
- Limited to 2 pets less than 35 lbs (additional fee of $80 will apply)
- Communicate problems at check-in or upon discovery to give the host 24 hours to remedy the issue.
- Expectation is for the home to be returned in the condition in which you found it.
