Upon entering this ground-floor home, you'll first notice the inviting living room with three comfortable recliners, a sofa, and a large flatscreen TV. This is a great spot to unwind indoors when you come back from the beach or after taking a refreshing dip in the pool. When you work up an appetite, the fully-equipped kitchen will have your back. It's well-equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, two coffee makers (a Keurig and a regular one), and all the cookware needed to surprise your loved ones with savory meals and snacks. The kitchen has its own breakfast bar with three high stools for additional dining space. Speaking of dinner, the dining table off the kitchen seats four people comfortably.
The screened-in patio is the perfect place to enjoy the sun, read a good book, or simply relax with your loved ones. It boasts a comfortable and inviting seating area with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, plenty of patio chairs, and direct access to the screened-in pool. This sparkling outdoor pool will be everyone's best friend, especially during the summer! It's separated from the patio area through a safety pool fence.
