Vero Beach is a small Florida city, with Atlantic-facing beaches on a barrier island across the Indian River Lagoon. South Beach Park offers wide sands and volleyball courts. Downtown’s South Beach Park chronicles the local citrus industry. On the outskirts, McKee Botanical Garden has tropical plants and water lily–filled streams. To the north, Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge shelters brown pelicans.

SUNNY STAY COTTAGE is a modern-bohemian style and freshly renovated cottage in the heart of Vero Beach FL.
The home features 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms, fast and free unlimited WiFi speed and a 42inch streaming TV.
The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, the first guest bedroom features a trundle that has an easy pull & rise function so you can have two beds or push together into another king size bed, and the second guest bedroom features two twin size beds.
The backyard is fully fenced and very private. Washer & dryer on site. The home is nestled on a quiet street, less than 10 minutes drive to all conveniences.

We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
