This two-bedroom, two-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to six featuring a king bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed with a pullout trundle, and a new sleeper sofa. The open floor plan of the living room, dining room and kitchen is finely appointed with quality furnishings and offers endless waterfront views of the dolphins, blue herons, and boaters on the inter-coastal waterway. The unit has a full-length balcony with a dining table and chairs to enjoy your meals and favorite beverage outside.
The living area is appointed with a comfortable top-grain leather queen-sleeper, a twin-sleeper ottoman, and a 55” HD flat-screen TV. The ample kitchen has modern appliances and all of the comforts of home as well as a breakfast bar eating counter area for entertaining. When it’s time to turn in for a good nights sleep, the master bedroom has a king size bed and another large flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has the twin-over-full bunk bed with a pull out trundle. Both full bathrooms are spotless and the unit has it’s own washer/dryer and an assigned parking spot. Built in 2002 and freshly cleaned and painted the Captain's Cove Condos are offset from Gulf Blvd giving it a private residential atmosphere with great amenities. You can just relax and enjoy the waterfront balcony view, the heated swimming pool, sit on the dock-of-the-bay and waste time or use the two boat slips for your boat! You could take that long, peaceful walk on the beach, enjoy the ocean breeze and feel the sand between your toes. Or you can just find a secluded spot on the beach and admire the breathtaking sunset.
Limitless activities in the area include boating, biking, bird-watching, fitness, fishing, golfing, hiking, parasailing, tennis, scuba diving, surfing, or just a blast at the beach. There are so many nature parks in the area that you can also take a moment to enjoy nature looking at the beauty of the world. If you can’t decide among the hundreds of local restaurants and bars, you can enjoy homemade cuisine with your favorite libation - all the supplies needed to create your own masterpiece are included in the kitchen.
