What We Love
Take in magnificent nightly sunsets across Lower Sugarloaf Sound at this oceanfront home, stunningly situated on open water in the Florida Keys. A true haven for anglers and boating enthusiasts, this home boasts a dock at the water's edge and a fantastic outdoor terrace with a gas grill, a tropical bar, and ample seating for dining and lounging.
This waterfront home sits in the outskirts of Key West, with the dining, shopping, and nightlife of that unique southernmost city less than 14 miles south. Even closer, you'll find Sugarloaf Beach (seven miles) and all sorts of restaurants, conveniences, and attractions lining Overseas Highway.
After a day spent out on the water, come home to unwind and breathe in the salty sea air on the terrace. Sear your fresh catch on the grill, mix a few cocktails at the bar, and enjoy some of the best sunset seats in the Keys on the dock, the deck, and the patio.
The air-conditioned interior is bright and welcoming, offering rear windows that fill the space with sunlight and views of the ocean. Enjoy polished stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen, a dining room table that's perfect for board games, and a living room with a smart TV.
