Open main living area with two comfy seating areas with TVs, large dining table and a small bar. Roomy kitchen features a breakfast bar with room for four, tile counters, stainless steel appliances and a pantry. Master bedroom has king bed, TV, walk-in closet and en-suite bath. Second bedroom has queen bed, TV and easy access to main bath. TV package includes some premium channels, and there's WiFi and a Wii gaming system. Room for your boat along the 60-foot concrete seawall. Covered outdoor seating and dining areas downstairs and plenty of parking. For anglers and snorkelers or divers, it's a 5-minute ride down the canal to Cudjoe Bay, a 20-minute run out to the reef and a short run through Bow or Kemp channels to the backcountry.
This is a winter rental only and bookings must conform to the calendar month.
This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 5 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Up to 2 dogs permitted with manager approval and nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet. Absolutely no cats due to allergies. There's a cap on electric ($250) and water/sewer ($150).
