This veteran-owned cottage boasts three bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full & 2 twin beds) as well as two full bathrooms and is sure to make you feel right at home on our cozy island. This home features an open floor plan kitchen and living room, perfect for family entertainment. There is a TV in every room: the family room has Cable TV, and the bedrooms TVs have Roku to stream all your favorite shows, movies and channels. The kitchen has four island stools, a small two-seater table, and a coffee table that lifts up to enjoy all of your meals with space for everyone. We’re even pet friendly!
Located within walking distance to Memorial Park where you’ll find a public boat ramp, playground, and the location for viewing our world famous Chincoteague Island Pony Swim. We’re located even closer to the Chincoteague Fireman’s Carnival Grounds! Only a quick three mile drive or bike ride to the Assateague Island Wildlife Refuge, home of the famous wild ponies, and Assateague Island National Seashore. Enjoy the pristine beaches and soak up that Vitamin Sea!
After a day at the beach, come home to a refreshing outdoor shower and a picnic on our outdoor picnic tables. There is a charcoal grill outside for your use - just remember to take all safety precautions! Enjoy your evening snuggled up on the couch watching a movie, hanging by the backyard fire pit, or unwinding with a good book on the front porch.
