Welcome to our newly renovated and bright 1BED/1BATH cottage with central AC and a KING size bed in the heart of Lake Worth Beach. Only 1 mile to the beach and a 4-block walk to our downtown center. Relax and rejuvenate in this tropical paradise!
Our Poinciana Tree and Coconut Palm are ready to greet you when you enter the property. The tree has a comfy sitting hammock for your afternoon siestas or you can enjoy your morning cafe on the front porch furnished with a bistro table and chairs.
The home features antique hardwood floors and doorknobs, delightful art, and antiques throughout. The living room is windowed on two sides and is equipped with a pull-out Queen sized sofa-bed, lounge chair, and 55" smart tv. The bedroom has two windows and a KING sized bed. The bathroom is also fully renovated and features new subway tiles, fixtures, a vanity, and a refinished deep base cast iron tub. In the fully stocked kitchen, you have a nook/dining area, brand new cabinets, a beautiful tile floor, a Carrera stone countertop with all new appliances including an overhead microwave, a gas stove, and a full-sized refrigerator with an ice-maker. The home has newly installed central air conditioning.
In addition, we have a small Florida room windowed corner to corner outlooking the private patio. In this room, you have a new side-by-side washer/dryer plus a lounge chair and coffee table with a door leading to the tropical patio. The patio has a dining table for 4, twinkle lights, and a bbq grill.
Please note: There are no parties allowed. No Loud Music, outside music must be turned off at 11 pm (city code). Smoking is only allowed on the outside patio. Pets are welcome. $50 pet fee.
