Welcome to the Bahama Breeze, a Florida-style vacation home near the beautiful beaches of St. Petersburg and Historic Downtown. Our family friendly home has a large layout with 2 full bedrooms and 2 full baths. There's also a connected garage, a paved driveway, a huge side yard that was landscaped and decorated, and a private fenced-in patio with plenty of furniture and a grill! The entire design will remind you of the beautiful Gulf coast and Florida sunshine!
The Space:
Both a signed rental agreement and credit card authorization & incidentals agreement are required to check-in.
Our 940 Sq Ft vacation home is a large 2 bed, 2 bath with two living areas and a dining area. The home has been professionally decorated and is professionally managed to make it a perfect 5-star accommodation for vacationers, snowbirds, family trips, and so much more. Both our bedrooms have a comfy queen bed and plenty of storage space. We also have an electric (not real) fireplace in one living area and a large flat screen in the other. The kitchen is a full kitchen and completely stocked, including complimentary coffee and an accompanying dining area!
There are TWO private bathrooms and TWO living areas. There's also TWO separate yards (one is open and grass, the other is fenced in and patio)!
The Bahama Breeze receives a PREMIUM 5-STAR CLEANING right before and after any stay. This includes vacuuming and mopping every square inch of the floor, meticulously wiping down and sanitizing every counter, cabinet, shelf & crevice, and thoroughly cleaning the bathroom, mirrors, windows, and every single door handle until spotless. The team then walks through and double cleans if necessary.
This is the PERFECT weekly or monthly (extended) retreat with a 10% and 15% discount. We also offer a last-minute (1-day prior to arrival) discount of 10%! Have any questions? Just ask!

As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. For towels and linens, we generally do not provide extras UNLESS your rental does not have access to a washer/dryer in unit or on site, and your stay is longer than 3 days. If that's the case, please reach out after day 3 and we'll do our best to get extra towels or linens to you either same day or the next business day.
Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire home and property. This includes the yard and the patio. There's also complimentary w/d in the garage.

Other Things to Note:
* Our rental comes stocked with all the necessary beach gear (towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and a cooler). You're welcome to use them all, just make sure to return them to the garage and clean the cooler out if you've used it. If you need anything else just let us know!
* We use a smart lock on the property but provide a set of keys in case of an emergency. We ask that you make sure to return those keys to the kitchen counter before departing.
* This property is NOT pet friendly. We reserve the right to charge anyone who violates this policy a $250 fee and to immediately end their stay without any refund.
* Please note, this property does have exterior security cameras. This is for the safety of our guests and the property. The cameras only look at the outside of the property.
* As a partner of Safely Vacation Rental Insurance, all our guests are covered for up to $1,500 in contents and/or dwelling damages.
