Private pool home, 4 bedrooms (2 with private baths), 3 full baths total, 2 car garage. 2,100 sf. Sleeps 4 adults and 6 children or 6 adults and 4 children. Must be family related by HOA rules. One hour away from Orlando, 25 minutes from Tampa and Bushgardens Park, 54 min from the great gulf beaches of Clearwater and St. Pete.
This was our own vacation spot and we are happy to share it with other families now. Please check availability with us before booking.
You will have access to a large private park with swings for the little ones, picnic tables, basketball courts for the teens and miles of wooded nature trails to explore. The park is gated for residents only and is a block away from our house. If you enjoy nature you will love it.
Ps. we just installed a top-of-the-line salt water equipment for the pool, it makes swimming a less stressful experience for your skin, hair and eyes.
