Application Policy
Reservations are subject to Membership application and screening from the Community Association.
Pet Policy
Guests are allowed up to 1-dog up to 50lbs. A pet fee of $500/month will be applied to the reservation. Guests are responsible for the continued oversight and care of their pets.
• Pets cannot be left in the property unattended.
• Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused by their pets. This may include excessive hair and/or stains left on furnishings.
• Guests must pick up after their pets. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be applied to pet waste not cleaned at the property.
• Pets are not allowed in the pool.

**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled and refunded up to 90 days prior to the check-in date. Bookings canceled at least 45 days before the check-in date are refundable up to 50%. Bookings canceled within the 45-day window are non-refundable. Should a refund be issued, a refund check or a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees ($100 plus 6% Credit Card Processing Fee) will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
