Downtown St.Pete is a short car ride away, with metered parking and many parking garages. You will find many restaurants such as Bella Brava and Moon Under Water, great bars that offer live music like Ruby's Elixir or The Ale & The Witch. The Canopy is a great rooftop bar located at the Birchwood Hotel that offers excellent views. Their is always something to do down at the pier. Art defines downtown, so many museums to choose from; The Dali Museum, The Museum of Fine Arts, the Chihuly Collection, and The James Museum of Western and Wildlife Art to name a few.
Jump on a Pedal Pub and take a tour of the warehouse district's many murals and graffiti art walls, and breweries, or take the Sunrunner out to the beach, while there hop on the Jolly Trolley and tour the entire stretch of Pinellas County's beautiful barrier islands, and even check out Tarpon Springs and the famous Sponge Docks.
Getting around locally is easy with Uber or Lyft, or rent a golf cart to be delivered by Happy's Golf Cart Rentals.

We appreciate entertaining family and friends on vacation, but please no parties, no disturbing neighbors from 10pm-8am.
Please leave the unit in the same condition you found it. We don't expect you to deep clean, but please sweep and/or mop up any messes. Take out the garbage.
If you use the sofa bed, please leave open and remove bed linens.
If we have to do excessive cleaning because the rules were not followed, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $80.
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of tobacco, marijuana, nicotine, or anything else inside the unit. There will be an additional $250 cleaning fee added if we smell smoke of any kind or find butts in the unit. If you smoke outside, please use an ashtray. Dispose of butts and ashes properly. Do not throw butts or ashes into the yard, if we find anything in the yard, you will be charged an additional $25 clean up fee.
