Built in 2024, this lakefront home in the five star platinum community of Lake Naomi is the perfect vacation spot. There's a private dock on Deer Trail Lake. Canoes, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and an outdoor shower. Plenty of private spots to work or cozy up with a book, including a loft and window seat. All the amenities you'd want for a summer or winter trip, including: washer/dryer, Bosch appliances, giant TV for movie nights, ping pong, central air, and more.
There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. One has a king bed and en suite glassed-in shower. One has a full-sized bed and the other has bunk beds. There is a second full bathroom on the upper floor with a large tub shower, plus a powder room. There is also an office with a fold-out couch, window seat, and loft.
The downstairs of the house has an additional two bedrooms--one with a king bed and one with a queen--and another full bathroom with a tub shower.
Guests have full access to the property, including the game room, dock, kayaks, stand-up paddleboard, and more.
There is a outdoor wood-fired cedar hot tub. Use of the hot tub is arranged on a case-by-case basis and requires an additional deposit.
Guests can inquire about a special guest membership for Lake Naomi Club, which gives you access to multiple outdoor and indoor pools, two tennis centers, two golf courses, a fitness center, beaches, clubhouse, and more.
