Living room area has pull out sofa for sleeping, smart tv, board games, cards, etc. Bedroom has a comfy king size memory foam mattress and a closet for clothing. Bedroom also has a smart tv. There is a washer and dryer in home for use. Large screened patio has comfy chairs, table to dine at, and a picnic table to enjoy.
