Located in a much-desired neighborhood with a variety of shopping centers, gyms, restaurants, Miami Zoo, the everglades, 10 minutes from Miccosukee casino, 25 minutes from Miami Beach. Renovated in 2022, home has two master bedrooms, open concept, and features include: private saltwater pool & spa with a safety protection fence in case you need it, covered terrace with ceiling fans, outdoor counter and a natural gas barbeque perfect to relax and entertain your family. Entire house has ceramic tile and stainless-steel appliances, granite counter, microwave exhaust, and natural gas stove; lots of cabinets, and plenty of room. One of the few but most unremarkable things about this home is its excellent view, peaceful scenery which eases your mind and let's goes of any and all stress. There are many trees that create shade which also comes with a very pleasant breeze. The view is mesmerizing and makes it worth the stay. In the early morning you can catch the sunrise and view it from any place in the backyard and also the sunset. There are many outdoor activities practical for family and friends including but not limited to; kayaking, fishing, ping pong table, bag toss game, etc. (two kayaks and safety life jackets in place). Staying in this home can bring you, and your family together with its great and welcoming environment.
