Summary: Hotel never responded to hotels.com to provide a confirmation so when I arrived I could not check in. I had to call hotels.com and it took over 1 hour to resolve. Then they had me checking out 1 day prior to my resevation so that was another 45 minutes to resolve. The maid knocked on our door 9 am on a sunday and woke us up. It was OK but I would not stay here again,
