There is a table that can serve as a dining table and/or work space.
You have all the utensils to prepare a meal, including oil, salt and pepper. There is a coffee maker, coffee, cream and sugar. A cook top, toaster oven, powerful microwave and large mini fridge with freezer space.
There is a 32 inch Firefox TV (smart tv) and a comfortable sofa. A bedroom with a queen size bed, open closet with ample space for clothes.
The bathroom has, towels, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer.
Guest access:
You have your own entrance. There is a front terrace with seating and privacy from the street and neighbors (shrubbery).
There is private access to a public park located at the back of the property; with a multitude of sporting facilities/activities (bring your flying disc, basket ball and skates/roller blades), including a 1.7 miles long path that goes around the entire park. It is very scenic and great for jogging or a leisurely stroll. Choice of bikes, available at request.
Other things to note:
Guests thus far have included a traveling nurse, a student pilot, a new golf club employee, an intern physician, a remote worker, a world traveler and a disc golf enthusiast.
Two days are blocked off between each visit for cleaning and servicing.
