Welcome to our cozy home away from home in the heart of Riverside! Our charming accommodation comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a fridge (including a freezer), microwave, dishes, silverware, and a coffee maker. We provide fresh towels, sheets, and other essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. Stay connected with our included Wi-Fi and enjoy your favorite shows on the flat screen TV, which offers access to Netflix and Hulu.
Our home is fully furnished and features air conditioning to keep you cool during your stay. You'll also appreciate the convenience of having a laptop-friendly workspace available.
Located in a central area, our place offers easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The sleeping arrangements consist of a comfortable queen bed and a blow-up mattress, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone.

It is highly recommended that guests have a car or use ride sharing services since Jacksonville's public transportation system leaves a lot to be desired.
We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal.
Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.
The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (I often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $25
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $50
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $75
3+ hr early arrival/late departure: $100 or the cost of an additional night’s stay, whichever is more
These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.
We have a smart thermostat in this place and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:
Summer - 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter - 60 to 75 degrees F
***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside the bungalow or in any outdoor areas***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***
