Home is cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We will do our best to accommodate early check in requests. Security system in place but Interior and rear monitoring are disabled. Pet friendly home and a pet addendum must be completed. Kennel provided if needed. Pool Addendum must be completed and signed as well. Once reservation is placed, a personal email must be provided to send the aforementioned and additional details about the home and area. The reservation will not be considered complete until these forms are signed and returned. We look forward to having you!

TO DO:
1. One (1 )set of sheets can be left per bed to launder-all additional sets must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the appropriate bedroom closet. If any of the sheets you have washed come out stained, please place them in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
2. One (1) towel can be left per guest to be laundered. All other towels must be washed, dried, folded, and returned to the linen closet. If any of the towels that you washed come out stained, we ask that those towels are placed in a pile on the kitchen table for our cleaners.
3. Please leave any beds used beds unmade. Please place all used sheets, linens, and towels by the washer and dryer.
4. All dishes should be run through the dishwasher the night before departure and dishes returned to the appropriate kitchen cabinet. Any pans that did not come clean should be washed by hand, dried, and returned to the appropriate cabinet. Any dishes produced from breakfast may be placed into the dishwasher and dishwasher started prior to your departure. Please do not place any soiled dishes or utensils back in the cabinets.
5. Refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen cabinet food contents should be properly disposed of before your departure.
6. All trash in the home should be bagged and then placed into the curbside can.
7. Please do not place the outside trash receptacles on the curb unless the staff of Realty by Dale Thomas has reached out and requested so.
8. Please return any moved items to where you had found them upon arrival. The home should be left in a neat and orderly condition. If any furniture has been moved please return it to its original location.
9. Those in pet friendly homes that have brought along their pets must vacuum the floor and the furniture as close to departure as possible to eliminate pet hair.
10. Make sure all fans and lights are turned off. Please turn off all televisions and radios.
11. Please make certain both the oven and stovetop are turned off . Please unplug the small appliances on the kitchen counter.

The home is located in the old salt fishing town of Englewood which is a quiet community. Located less then 12 minutes to beautiful, Englewood Beach and Stump Pass. Many unique dining and recreational experiences close at hand. Englewood is a community featuring more Mom and Pop shops as opposed to the big box stores. Publix is recommended for grocery shopping. Golf courses open year round. Discounts in the summer. Englewood caters to the water enthusiast with great boating, fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding just a short drive away.
The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed. Homeowner has personal belongings in a few closets and are locked. All else can be enjoyed by the tenant including indoor laundry and two car garage on remote opener.
