The home has been completely renovated in 2023. It is a duplex with an upstairs and a downstairs unit. Each unit is very private with it's own entrance and private lanai. This listing is for the upstairs unit which is beautifully furnished and overlooking the canal. You will enjoy seeing all sorts of wildlife such as dolphins, manatees, and tropical birds. It is a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment with a large screened-in, private lanai. Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. There is a fold out couch with a memory foam mattress if you have any visitors. A canoe is available for your use as well as a gas and a charcoal grill. The beach is 1 mile away and makes for a nice morning or sunset walk. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance of the home. If you are interested in fishing or renting a motorized boat there are places nearby that can fulfill all of your needs. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size fold-out couch in the unit. You have several dining options - a breakfast bar for two, or enjoy eating at a larger table for 6 inside or the outdoor lanai seating. The kitchen has all of the appliances and dishes you will need to make your stay comfortable. There is smart TV for your enjoyment.
The yard is very large and sits next to a newly built mansion. There is a grill so you have plenty of room for a barbecue! There is a shared laundry room downstairs but everything else is private. Everyone that walks in says ''Agh, we would like to stay here''. I hope you will enjoy it too.
The duplex home is located 1 mile from the beach. Enjoy walking to the beach for breakfast at Docs or sunset cocktails. There are wave runner rentals and parasailing rentals there. On your walk or drive to the beach there are many restaurants, shops and boat rentals for your enjoyment.
In addition you can walk to the Tuscan Bistro around the corner for some of the best Italian food you've ever tried. Also within minutes of the house is C Level Wine Bar, Gatsby's Pizza, the Fish House Restaurant, Master Bait and Tackle and Winds Beach Supply Store. There are so many things within walking distance I'm sure you'll enjoy going for many evening strolls. It is a great neighborhood and I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
