The BEST home and BEST service in the state of Florida. We take care. Modern, trendy townhome right off highway I-4 between Disney and Gulf Beaches! 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhome. You won't find a better place in lakeland whether you are hosting a couples getaway, traveling for work, or vacationing with your family!
You can use the whole property! The pool is part of the neighborhood, but you have access with the key that’s hanging from the fridge. There is also a great mall, and grocery stores very close by.
We no longer live in Florida, but I am ALWAYS available by text to answer any questions about the area, Disney, or things in the house. We LOVE Florida and our home, so ask away!!

Parking:
There is parking in our driveway for one car and street parking for additional cars. Make sure to not block the sidewalk, have wheels on the curb and must park facing the right direction in the street.

The Area:
SUPER family friendly neighborhood. You will almost always see the neighborhood kids running around the back shared lawn space, people walking dogs and neighbors hanging out on porches. There is a community pool, nothing special, but a key will be available to you.
Getting around:
A car is the best way to get around here. We are an easy 30 minute drive to the gate at Disney, and 45 min from universal studios, international drive, and the outlets in Orlando. In the other direction we are 1 hour to the nicest gulf beaches! Uber also services the area if you prefer.
1 hr to Orlando international airport and 45 to Tampa Airport (without crazy I-4 traffic).
