The kitchen, which overlooks the living area and the amazing ocean views, is fully equipped with stainless steal appliances, The electric glass top range is new in 2025 and has a built in air fryer feature...fully stocked kitchen with housewares for cooking in...a culinary adventure for sure!
While staying in 1826 your family will have full access to the beautiful and spacious Sea Turtle shared pool, which is seasonally heated. Also having entry to the Dunes Club tennis courts directly across the street.

These picturesque trails wind through the oceanside and marshside of the gated resort. The AIP community is a beloved 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP.
While staying in this luxury villa you can stroll through the plantation shops and restaurants, recharge at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course just down the road.
