This beautifully remodeled home in desirable Plantation Key Colony has the sought-after amenities of a large resort, in your own private setting. With two separate living spaces, this home is great for larger families or groups of friends wanting to vacation together while also enjoying their own space. Both the upstairs and downstairs living spaces feature full kitchens, living rooms and washers and dryers. The main living space is located on the second level and comfortably accommodates 6 guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are well appointed with a king ensuite, an additional bedroom with full and twin trundle beds, and a third bedroom with two additional twin trundle beds. A shared bathroom is located in the hall between the second and third bedroom. The guest apartment is located on the ground level of the home, providing accommodations for two additional guests. The entire home features high-end furnishings and upgrades.
The outdoor living area features a bar made for entertaining, complete with an induction cooktop and TWO grills to choose from (a Traeger and gas grill). The refreshing heated and chilled pool is secluded in lush tropical landscaping. Entertain for hours on the putting green, in the pool playing volleyball or around the gas-powered fire pit. The well-equipped and lit dock is available for your use for a boat up to 20 feet. The boat lift can be rented for additional dockage. The home is a short distance to the Florida bay with access to the ocean via nearby Tavernier Creek. A mangrove hammock, home to a variety of native sea and wildlife, is just a short paddle away on the provided kayaks.
Dockage for a 20-foot boat is included. Please note that the owners maintain their boat on the lift, and it is not available for guest use.
