Free wifi Internet connection high speed, no cable TV.
With a small rear deck & front courtyard is sharing with the front duplex professional tenants. Lots of privacy and the front load washer dryer is just across from the courtyard. Very well maintained with outdoor lighting for entertainment. You will be very pleasantly surprised with all the organization built in and some extra perks.
