Imagine opening your screened lanai door and stepping right onto the sand. The crystal blue clear gulf waters are straight ahead about 30 yards away.

With the close view of the ocean, it is easy to spot dolphins, manatee, and native birds during the day while lounging in beach chairs or from the comfort of the enclosed lanai, living room, or master bedroom as all have a direct ocean view. And in the evening you will be captivated by the spectacular sunsets and the soothing sounds of the surf gently lulling you to sleep - it’s all right at your doorstep! Here is the view.

YOUR OWN BEACH - YOUR OWN BOAT DOCK
We believe our condo has the most unique setting anywhere with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and your own private dock for your boat on the other. You can go boating on Blind Pass lagoon and enter into the intercostal waterway. Almost no property has water on both sides.
BRING YOUR BOAT OR RENT ONE
If you bring your own boat, or rent one during your stay, you are welcome to use any of the boat docks at Fisherman’s Cove free of charge. We also provide a complimentary kayak and have storage if you bring your own. The property has a specially designed kayak launching dock. Please let me know if you plan a kayak outing, and I’ll tell you about some great areas to explore in the mangrove islands that are only a very short paddle from our dock.
Kayak rental and tours are also within easy walking distance; as are boat rentals, Jet Ski rentals, fishing guides and other activities. The fishing is great from both our beach and the bay. Snook, Sheephead, various members of the Jack family, Flounder and Cobia are common, and if you stay with us midyear, don’t be surprised if you hook into a large Tarpon.
