Because of its central location on our property, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 32" flat screen TV and there is a king size bed in the guest bedroom with a 21" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a convenient tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 43" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in so that you may enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family.
