The amazing views from the condominium are ideal for watching the sunsets! Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The master bedroom has a two queen beds with a 32" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has a king size bed with a 43" flat screen TV. Enjoy Direct TV service in the living room as well with a 55" flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open kitchen plan has granite counter tops and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. The condo has tile in the common area and carpeting in the bedrooms. The patio has been incorporated into the living room which expands your entertainment area and has sliding windows that you can enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.
