Positive: We loved everything about this beautiful hotel. The boat taxis were a lovely way to travel to and from universal parks. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Rooms were so spacious and beds were so comfortable. Staff couldn't do enough for us. They were amazing. The hotel had a very relaxing, calm feel about it. The unlimited express passes were an added bonus. We would love to visit again.

Negative: We loved everything about the hotel. The only thing we didn't like was that they didn't sell regular bottles of water in the hotel. We had no choice but to purchase the expensive ones.
