Beautifully appointed vacation home! . Located twelve houses from the boardwalk and beach. A short walk to Brown's, Wonderland pier, and the high school athletic fields which include tennis, shuffleboard, and a running track. Quiet street with a large covered front porch and open porch on the rear. The third floor master bedroom includes its own private balcony and private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. We supply beach tags, beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach cart. The kitchen includes amenities such as an electric griddle, toaster, coffee pot, trash compactor, crock pot and more. There are books, games, and movies along with cable and WIFI throughout the home. A full outdoor shower provides an alternative to bringing sand indoors. We own the attached lower condo which affords the opportunity to rent a seven bedroom, five full bathroom and 2 outside full shower rental (632653). We rent only to those 26 or older and we do not allow pets or smoking. We do not rent for senior week or prom weekends.
