Summary: This house really is amazing, it has everything you could possibly need or want. We are a tennis family so that was our main motivation, but we'd stay here even if there wasn't a European clay court in the back yard. The house is so cool, the layout is great, and anything you could need is already in the house. This isn't a standard short-term rental house used explicitly for guests, the owner actually lives here but travels for work so he rents the house out when he's out of town. The pool and jacuzzi were great, we were in those every day. Our favorite part was the tennis court, which is in excellent condition and is very well maintained. Mark is a former tennis pro and truly cares about the condition of the court - he has someone that comes over twice a week to keep it in great shape. There are privacy trees all around it so you don't have to worry about neighbors spectating (or in my case, laughing at how bad I am). I loved the lights, it was really hot when we were there but we were able to play after dark when it cooled down a little. The cul-de-sac is very quiet, we only heard one neighbor once or twice the whole week. The absolute best part of staying here is how nice Mark is, he really wants you to enjoy his house and have the best time possible. Even though he was in Europe, he would respond to messages basically 24/7 and would check in every couple of days just to make sure we were enjoying everything. He's the best host we've ever had. Thanks so much Mark!
