The space
Located on a secluded, dead-end street, this entire property is unlike anything else available in the city, expertly crafted and deeply loved, intended to facilitate your rest and increase your resilience. Stepping through the Balinese wooden gate, you are transported to your private oasis, worlds away from the chaos of the city. Your only reminder will be the majestic and towering views of the iconic Space Needle. Once you’ve taken your initial fill of the breathtaking views, you will continue on the exotic hardwood deck, complete with a hot tub. Opening the front door, you’ll be greeted by a fully-renovated 1920s bungalow.
The open-concept living space features luxury finishes, high-end appliances, and exotic hardwoods throughout. The light-filled spaces contrasted with the selection of wood offer guests a sense of groundedness with carefully curated Brazilian walnut, ipe, and wenge. The living room and dining area, with an L-shaped countertop and barstools, provide extensive prep space for cooking and stylish eating space for up to seven people. Along with all you need to make a masterful meal, the kitchen features a high-end Italian Nespresso machine and a top-of-the-line water filter. The custom lighting and artwork throughout further create a cocoon for your well-being.
Adjacent to the living room is a fully operational office space with high speed internet meant as a dedicated workspace and not suited for sleeping.

The primary ensuite is on the main level, featuring french doors to the garden, a full bathroom, and a walk-in closet.

Each bedroom has a brand-new queen bed with high-end memory foam, firm mattress. The lower level bedroom has also a brand new pull out sofa couch meant for a family with kids.
Heading back outside, the wrap-around deck with glass railings enhances the indoor/outdoor lifestyle and views from the entire property length. The hot tub has been expertly positioned, allowing you to soak in both the relaxation and iconic views. At the end of the elevated deck, you will find the 200 sqft yoga and meditation studio. Just when you can’t believe this property can get any better, you will be welcomed by double French doors and lulled into calm by the gentle sound of the ponds waterfall. This sanctuary invites you to drop the day's worries as you absorb the nature-filled views of the mature, manicured yard. You will also find an outdoor BBQ grill for your enjoyment.
The location is ideal for either working from home or unwinding after a long day of meetings at the office or Seattle sightseeings. South Lake Union, Downtown, Water Front, Pike Place Market, and the top of Queen Anne are all within walkable distance. With connectivity in mind, two one-gigabyte wifi dedicated lines cover both the house and detached studio.
Other things to note: The mindful hosts and cleaning team exclusively uses non-toxic chemicals for cleaning and is 100% pet allergen free. Upon request, one car parking permit is provided for free street parking on Ward Street.
