And we also have 1 large sofa in the living room as well (see pictures). Therefore, the house can accommodate extra people. We allow up to 12 guests, as we assume some groups will want to take advantage of the large sofa to be able to accommodate a larger group. Each group is free to decide how they want to calculate their sleeping arrangements.
