Meals are a breeze in the well stocked kitchen that includes a slow cooker, Ninja Kitchen Aid blender, Keurig pod and coffee pot combo and Air Fryer. After dinner, kick back in the living room to watch your favorite movie on one of the condo's 3 SMART TV’s that has installed apps for streaming, along with high speed internet in addition to Xfinity/Comcast basic cable. Or feel free to step outside and relax on the lanai which has been equipped with antimicrobial, no-seeum proof screening to enable bug free indoor/outdoor living while taking in the Gulf breezes.
The primary suite offers a king bed with en-suite bathroom with large shower and smart TV. The guest bedroom provides a queen bed, twin bed and smart TV with the bathroom just outside your door. This condo comfortably sleeps 5 people (no sofa bed).
The owner provides beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach wagon and cooler, as well as beach toys, and games & puzzles are available for your entertainment.
