We hope you never have to go there, but a vet nearby ensures you have peace of mind during your stay.

Other things to note:
We love our guests and want to do everything possible to make your stay pleasant, as reflected in all of our reviews. We want you to have fun, but this is a quiet residential neighborhood, so UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES do we allow parties, loud music, or anything that disturbs our neighbors. Fortunately, we have never had this issue, but we have to mention it because some people like to book homes for parties.
The option to heat the Hot Tub is $22 a day.
The pool is generally warm in most months and additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day. A 24-hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 70 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
1 dog up to 30 pounds is welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Please know all the pet rules before booking:
There’s a $150 pet fee.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the pool or hot tub.
You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet.
Pets must be in a crate or in the designated area with a doggie gate when they’re left home alone. A Doggie gate is provided.
Dogs must be on a leash when outside the house (except in the closed backyard).
We’ve taken many steps to for provide a comfortable stay and want you to have fun, but please note this is a quiet neighborhood, so parties, loud music, or anything that disturbs our neighbors or violates the law is STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED. Fortunately, we’ve never had to worry about this, but we have to mention it.
Saltwater pool [unlike chlorine] is smooth and soft on your eyes, skin, and hair.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
