A light-filled living area greets guests on the main level with an open floor plan between the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Styled with new, modern furnishings, the living area offers a relaxing space to watch a movie on the 55” TV or gaze out on the Gulf through a wall of glass doors. This room opens onto a furnished covered deck with an alfresco dining table and a 4-seat bar table for seamless indoor/outdoor dining.
